  • Back when we were leading teams inside some of Australia’s fastest-growing tech companies, we lived it firsthand - urgent roles, endless resumes, and far too much time spent on the wrong candidates. It was clear the old way of hiring wasn’t built for companies that wanted to move fast and build lasting teams.
